It don't get why everyone has this weird image of Delhi as a place full of stuck up snobs.
It's really not that bad. It just isn't an outsider's city. We revel in the anonymity and like that we can do our business without having to be friendly. It's not like Delhites aren't nice people! Maybe in the first go we won't go right ahead and make you our BFFs but it's not like we're mean! Spend two weeks in this city, once you know how to do things here, it does become home like any other city. And HECK, it's a HUGE city, don't blame us everyone doesn't know everyone! AND NO YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET RAPED OR MUGGED OR BEATEN UP THE SECOND YOU COME HERE.
Jeez. This sorta shit happens EVERYWHERE. Why is it such an issue if it happens here?!
What's even more pissing off is that when you stand up for Delhi, people laugh in your face, refusing to believe you. And most of them haven't even been here!

I mean seriously, atleast live here once before you make up your mind.
